Professorship Virtual Technologies

We develop solutions in the field of augmented and virtual reality technologies. The focus of our work ranges from the actual development of applications and components, to the integration of external live data, especially for applications in an industrial context, to scientific questions of usability and user experience.

Welcome

The Professorship Virtual Technologies began its work in September 2023 with the appointment of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Philipp Klimant.

The professorship is part of the Scientific Research Group Computer Science at the Faculty Applied Computer Sciences & Biosciences.
